About us

I'm Kanishq Awasthi — a radiology professional with a researcher's mindset and a builder's drive. I work at the intersection of medical imaging, data, and innovation. My background spans hands-on clinical training, research in neuroimaging, and an eye for how technology can actually make a difference in diagnosis and care.

What I care about is clarity — in images, in data, in work. Whether it's analyzing cerebral perfusion, exploring AI-based imaging techniques, or mentoring students, I keep the focus sharp and the standards high.

This space is not just a portfolio — it's a snapshot of work that’s grounded, evolving, and real. If something’s here, it’s because it meant something.

Intracranial DSA: Visualizing the Brain’s Vascular Map This Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) scan captures the intricate network of cerebral arteries with precision. Used to detect aneurysms, AVMs, and vessel stenosis, DSA remains one of the most accurate tools for mapping blood flow in real time. My clinical and research focus includes understanding these patterns to better guide diagnosis and treatment in neurovascular cases.

What Sets This Apart!!

This isn’t a repackaged CV or a list of titles. It’s the result of real time spent in hospitals, research labs, and quiet hours studying what most people overlook on a scan.

I don’t just collect data — I interpret it, question it, challenge it. I’ve worked with advanced MRI techniques like ASL and DIR to look deeper into the brain’s perfusion patterns. My projects aren’t driven by buzzwords or trends — they’re built on solid methodology, honest results, and a constant need to learn what’s next.

Most profiles will show degrees and experience. Mine shows direction. If you’re looking for work that combines clinical relevance, technical depth, and research that actually pushes something forward — that’s the difference.
